Sam has 18+ years of exposure in the food and hospitality industry, backed with a Bachelor and Masters in Hospitality from Griffith University. He has effectively managed and set up processing kitchens and its operations. He has also successfully managed international brands like ITC Sheraton hotels and group and is currently operating a chain of highly profitable Indian and European restaurants. Sam is the true reflection and the synchroniser of KAJO GROUP who is responsible for managing and administering all aspects of the business immaculately. He looks at the practical side of each role, brings it on paper and provides complete package to the non-hospitality background business owners uplifting their confidence by looking after their legal aspects, creating business layouts, their financial security and lastly making the operation of every project smooth and successful.

Dee works as an Expeditor for KAJO Group. Having completed a Diploma in commercial cookery, hospitality management and cake designing, she delivers end to end process for the kitchen which includes workflow plan from kitchen to customer, from production to plating, creating style line for business, menu planning and implementation, flow pattern activities which gives the business a third dimension maintaining the profitability of the business. Dee has spent 10 years in the hospitality industry as a chef and aims to create a flawless kitchen providing the best dining experience for our customers. Apart of her professional life, Deepika loves to read culinary books and is a passionate music listener.
